Some of these thugs know the law better than the avg person. Until they don’t.
A buddy of mine used to be a public defender in Macon, GA. He was telling me about a time a kid was killed from an accidental mattress smothering during a robbery. The robber couldn’t get it through his head that he wouldn’t be charged with man slaughter, (out in 5) he was being charged with murder.
