quote:I've heard that previously. On Dr. Phil the other day, Burke was being interviewed by Dr. Phil and he was asked about the golf club incident. Burke said he hit her accidentally on his back-swing.
So why are we just now hearing that the brother had hit her in the face with a golf club previously?
It's pretty interesting that this family friend said Patsy told her that Burke lost his temper and did it on purpose.

So there's no possible way that she's really Katy Perry

It doesn't prove anything but it certainly leads to the possibility that he accidentally or purposely hit her and killed her.

It seems like grasping at straws with the DNA thing. The panties she was wearing probably weren't brand new out of the package. I'm sure they had been washed before.

Parents saw the OJ trial captivate the nation. Wanted to be the modern Lindberghs and become famous?

As I posted above, and as they said on the show, DNA can be transferred through the laundry

Seems pretty far fetched to think her underwear would have been dry cleaned or laundered by someone Hispanic. I'm under the impression it was an inside job, but that just seems kind of silly to me

This is sketchy as hell that Burke refuses to identify the pineapple because it seems as if he knows he's fricked when he realizes where this is going.

I dunno, if you've ever seen the Errol Morris doc The Thin Blue Line this lady reminds me exactly of the crazy lady who so badly wanted to be involved in a huge case she just started making shite up to get a guy convicted. She just seems like one of those types to me.

that was pretty damning when Burke's mood change when he saw that picture, like he knew he was caught red handed there

Why would the DNA have to be from the person who did the laundry?
We are talking about insignificant, minute amounts of trace DNA. Extremely minute amounts of DNA can be identified with this new technology. That means that any interaction from anyone they were around could have gotten on her or any of the family's clothing and got mixed up in the wash.

The point was that trace DNA can be detected from anywhere, even indirect contact. Not that a Hispanic did her laundry.

She's a bit over the top. What parent hasn't casually confided in a friend about his or her kids fighting.

lol, they said that the investigators found Burke's shite smeared on JonBenét's christmas candy and that they often had scatological problems with Burke. He even put his shite in her bed once.
This kid is fricked up

It's once the guy asked him to describe what was on the table that he literally said "oh" as if the lightbulb went off that all of these pineapple references from earlier is connected to the bowl of pineapple in the picture he's looking at.
He then completely changes and refuses to address the elephant in the room.

Well Burke didn't deny it happening. He just said it was an accident.. so it's still pretty interesting and very possible. I'm not going to assume she is the same as another. Also, would like to see the father's comments to her saying that.
Really though, there's definitely something off with the son.. I mean, I don't know if I would even fault a family for protecting their other child.. even if it was an accident or intentional.

My kids always got new clothes at Christmas, She might have liked them and put them on before they got washed??
Also, we now know the parents lied about JonBenet going straight to bed. She had pineapple in her stomach, and her brother barely touched his pineapple snack that is seen in the crime scene photos, that had only his and moms finger prints on the bowl.
She was up and in the dining room with her brother. Something major happened that caused the brother to end up in his room, and not coming to see why mom was upset, while leaving almost a full bowl of pineapple

If they were well to do they could easily have a maid to do the laundry.
