damn looks like the holes came from the train tracks

Everything they are saying is nothing more than speculation.

There is no mention of a maid. That's all I'm saying. I still don't understand why if Burke did it, why try to cover it up? Why not call the cops and it be ruled a horrible, tragic accident. Wouldn't that be the easier thing to do?

I was 8 when this happened, but my parents throughout the years always thought that it was the brother who killed her and her parents covered it up.

well i know that is still interesting with the theories they come up with

The idea of those marks being from a razer as ludicrous as the random note.

There is a maid, and I think her husband was the gardener?? He might have helped with the laundry
The maid testified that she never knew of a broken window, and had never been asked to clean up the glass

Sure but the thing that is off w/Burke could simply be that his sister died and he is melting down internally.
I don't like how the investigators keep trying to assume that the "normal" reaction would be something other than he is doing. People don't all respond to tragedy the same way. That Seinfeld episode where they can't stop laughing during the funeral isn't far off from what I've seen happen w/other people trying to deal w/an overwhelming event IRL. Sometimes people respond w/as if everything is funny. Sometimes they mentally shut down and act like robots. Sometimes they cry and fall to pieces. I've seen all kinds of reactions. It's just really tough to say a person (a little kid no less) is acting weird when you don't know them from anything other than some taped interviews w/a stranger.
Not saying I think he did or didn't do it. I'm just not all that convinced of anything that I've seen so far.

That house looked to be a sloppy mess for having a maid .

The more you see, the more it feels like maybe all three went into covering this up. Just all the different thing going on.. mostly things used from inside the home.. even the crazy tied knots.. It just seemed like sooo much effort into all this.. I just have a hard time believing an intruder could do all this, especially knowing everyone was home.. and not have any concern of being caught.. Come on..
I was always skeptical of the idea of a stun gun.

That is absolutely fricking ridiculous and bullshite conspiracy theories like that help the pro Ramsey idiots.

my uneducated guess is Burke was jealous of JonBenet and all the attention she got. Then she comes down and takes a piece of pineapple from his bowl and he snaps but i don't think he meant to kill her. When he did the parents covered it up for him.

I firmly believe someone in the family is involved, but I don't always put a lot of stock in what a 9 or 11 year old says.
But, his actions are unusual to say the least.

But his testimony that his mom was going psycho, but he didnt come out of his room to see why, is pretty damning
Posted on 9/19/16 at 9:40 pm to Peytonknows
To be fair, Burke had virtually no chance at coming out of this normal, even if he had nothing to do with it
Posted on 9/19/16 at 9:40 pm to RobbBobb
Perhaps, but maybe they secretly had a shite marriage and would fight a ton making him used to yelling like that.

Ok, fine. But why try to cover up an accident? That's what I'm having a hard time with.

maybe they just panicked it's a fair question to ask
Posted on 9/19/16 at 9:43 pm to LSUtoOmaha
If he did this as a 9 year old, I find it hard to believe that he could have kept it all in for so long
