Hispanic unknown DNA on here underwear and panties? Cops say irrelevant.
Just came across this significant piece of info
quote:
JBR was found in a pair of size 12-14 panties; these were from a package of "day-of-the-week" panties that come 7 in a package.
Patsy Ramsey interview
quote:
1.Bruce Levin later asked: "So if I understand you correctly, you bought one package for Jenny Davis, your niece
Also, this
quote:
In the August 28, 2000 interview with Patsy Ramsey, deputy DA Michael Kane asserted that of the 15 pairs of underwear taken from JBR's underwear drawer in the bathroom, "every one of those was either a size four or a size six"
So JBR did have a brand new pair of panties that had never been washed, and in fact came from a present intended for an older niece
So any DNA evidence came from the packaging of the panties, that weren't even JonBenets to begin with. The question now is why did she have to have a newly opened pair of underwear that didn't even fit her, why would a kidnapper feel the need to do this?

The Pughs had reportedly purchased several books on childhood behavior for the Ramsey family. The titles of the books were intriguing: Children At Risk, Why Johnny Can't Tell Right From Wrong.
An investigator's report documented a 1997 interview with former Ramsey nanny - housekeeper Geraldine Vodicka, who stated that Burke had smeared feces on the walls of a bathroom during his mother's first bout with cancer.
CSIs had written about finding a pair of pajama bottoms in JonBenet's bedroom that contained fecal material. They were too big for her and were thought to belong to Burke.
Additionally, a box of candy located in her bedroom had also been observed to be smeared with feces. Both of these discoveries had been made during the processing of the crime scene during the execution of search warrants following the discovery of JonBenet's body. Linda Hoffman-Pugh had also mentioned finding fecal material in JonBenet's bed sheets.

Sounds and acts like a very sick or disturbed person.
And why would an intruder only mess with her? Why was the son unharmed or never made mention of.. Interesting how John is the only one mentioned in the long note I believe. And they constantly write his name.
An intruder could have taken the young boy.. It's odd to me no one else was mentioned or harmed.
And I still can't imagine anyone being that comfortable inside the home with others there, even if they were asleep.. to just freely wander throughout. Getting out many tools from various locations to use..
Even if they had no real intentions of harming other family members, why not even mention them. Why leave that note behind if you did all those other things and it would be irrelevant and not focus attention the others..

She had been sexually abused by her brother for quite a while which is why she often wet the bed and showed signs of sexual abuse in her autopsy. Her brother accidentally killed her and her parents covered it up.
Where did you get this from?

He's conjecturing it, but it isn't farfetched. If her brother is smearing shite on the walls, putting shite on her candy, leaving turds in her bed, among other scatological issues, it's not too farfetched that he would have done something sexually abusive to her, and if true, it certainly fits in here.

In his early morning search of the basement, Officer French found the door to this room latched. The latch was a piece of wood at the top of the door (photo). Because he was looking for a kidnapper's escape route to the outside of the house, Officer French did not unlatch and open this door reasoning that a perp could not have latched such a door behind him/her.

I saw some of the CBS special and I thought they said she wasn't sexually abused... Or at least she wasn't recently, but did he really smear actual shite on the walls and shite in her bed? He had some issues.

There was no evidence of sexual abuse the night she died, but it's possible Burke had touched her inappropriately before.
The shite-smearing on JB's stuff was real though, so it's fair to wonder what else he was capable of.

I believe someone high up in the PD knew the family was involved and that's the reason why the investigation was so shoddy. Someone or several people were covering for the family. They tried to reconstruct to cover up for themselves later, which made it appear even more botched.

If it was the brother, he did the garrote too. I refuse to believe the parents did that to a child they really didn't want dead.
Wasn't that done with a legit knot of some type? I remember them saying "this is a sailor knot" or something like that. 9 year olds don't tie real knots.

crime scene investigators documented her Christmas candy had been smeared (so within the 24 hrs before her death), and a pair of pajamas had feces in them. They were also too big for JonBenet. So you have to assume he was in her room that night using his pajama poop to smear her candy.
Might have killed her in her sleep
The smeared walls and bedsheets claims, came from the interviews with housekeepers

Obviously, the ransom note was to deflect, but why bother putting in all these specific details about what denominations they wanted the money, use a proper size attache case, withdraw money from your account (not just get the money), exact times they were going to call, etc.

That's what I have said all along. That note just seems like a woman wrote it.
Of course no way to prove it, and I could be way wrong.. just the feeling I got from certain statements in it.

And according to them it was somebody who knew that John was getting a $118000 bonus, so that means that this person planned everything out but was too stupid to realize that asking for that exact amount would completely tie him to the family and reduce the pool of suspects.

Something is off about the dad. He spoke so matter of fact and with no emotion when talking about his daughter even in the videos from 1996.
I produced plenty at that age.

Maybe so but the dad could have easily taught Burke to tie knots at some point.
I think some people are too entrenched in the notion that Burke was just a little baby boy that couldn't do anything other than through a fit and wipe his butt. The kid was 9 years old. He's capable of making knots.

I have no idea what to think after reading the past few pages.

Here's another question.. What if the Ramseys didn't have a pen and notepad in their house?
Whoops, there goes my whole ransom plan! It's ridiculous.

Dad was former military.
Son was a Boy Scout.
I am sure they had the knot thing covered.
