Look who you're talking to. The resident king of trying too hard. Doesn't surprise me one bit rapehog is contemplating this. Now he has a ballin- arse car to show up to all of his ballin-arse real estate ventures

3 pages and I'm the first one to say it looks like a Fiero?

Did he really say he was considering it? Either way, I don't relieve anything that comes from his fingers.
And the only way Id buy this one is if I alread had a Ferrari or two. The 355 just doesn't do it for me.

I know when I think "classic, vintage Ferrari", I think 1999.

You have 70k to drop, and THAT'S the vehicle you buy?

I love 355's. I'd rather have one of those than a 360 - especially if it has the 6 speed rather than the first of their F1 transmissions. The GTS version - targa top - is the one to have but the Berlinetta is great too. These are much more expensive to maintain than the newer 360s or 430s: they have header issues and the interiors are notorious for getting sticky. To have both of those issues addressed you're looking at the cost of a decent Hyundai.
That said: $70k for one of these is the top of the market. It better be extremely low miles and have to have an extensive (and recent) service history.

I'm going to be honest, I looked at a few pretty closely a couple years ago. Ended up wising up thankfully. For that price point you can still get some rare cars, but ones that will actually hold their value and won't be a nightmare to upkeep.
In the end you're only buying it to say you have a Ferrari.
