I haven’t eaten cereal in over a decade. I usually skip breakfast, but if I do eat it it’s just a couple eggs. Lunch is usually light and meant to be convenient, usually can fish, sardines, mackerel, salmon, or tuna. The big meal is dinner, and that’s usually to be social. Everyone thinks I’m thin, but in reality I’m about 10lbs overweight, as a society we eat too much and very few aren’t overweight.

I completely agree with this, yet I realize some of this may have to do with age, hormones, medication, etc. When I was younger, I woke up starving. As in, if I didn't eat within in 30 minutes I would feel ill.
Now, I don't need it at all. In fact, if I eat breakfast or not, I'm still hungry at lunch, so I just started skipping breakfast. I actually feel better not eating before a workout. I'll be one of these old people who just eats dinner lol.

When the toast is burned
And all the milk has turned
And Captain Crunch is waving farewell
When the big one finds you
May this song remind you
That they don't serve breakfast in Hell

I eat dinner at 6pm every day so I wake up starving.

SFP would say intermittent fasting is bourgeoisie and the proletariat should be forced to eat breakfast.

That job was worse than manual labor, more like being a slave.

There is nothing wrong with breakfast , and offers benefits.
The problem is food choice and portion control. Same with all eating habits of Americans

2 good meals a day is more than sufficient
Coffee and water should hold off any hunger until closer to lunch or even beyond into the early afternoon for me.

Strange. I wouldn't think being a fluffer would be that demanding.
Glad you got out of that biz though.

This is a healthy breakfast on a low carb or carnivore diet which is the way your body wants to eat.

Well that is exactly what he is talking about about… you don’t eat 3 meals per day, which was his point

The things we actually need are like fat and sugar and salt
No healthy person NEEDS sugar in their daily diet - EVER.
Replace the sugar with protein and you’re on to something.

You absolutely need sugar to live. What you’re looking for is starches (not protein) which can be broken down into glucose.

Reading comp. What's the OP title?
If she said dinner isn't necessary, I might agree. Zzzz

You are absolutely wrong there, bud. Your body makes all the glucose it needs from the protein and fat. When you consume a glucose making substance, your body frantically tries to get it out of your bloodstream. Your body doesn’t want it nor need it. It will make all it needs on its own.
