Anyone questioning the legality of this killing is a crazy arse liberal. Wow

It is really frickimg scary. I’m conservative.

But that video is fricking bad.

They didn’t issue orders that were refused.

They dragged him from helping someone else that they DIDNT arrest for obstructing justice, and just started beating him. He didn’t resist. He got pistol whipped in the head. He didn’t resist.

An ICE officer pulls a legal, holstered weapon and others just start shooting.

Why the frick are you okay with this?

Just because you are rah rah frick democrats? frick civil liberties, as long as it’s them Dem’s it’s okay? Jesus.

Nowhere in my post did I agree with that. What you are doing is justifying one killing with another. Neither was right. But let's keep simping for a government killing people based on their political views. The J6 shite was ridiculous, so is this

Agreed. Well said

If one is capable of justifying this killing in any way - not to mention the subsequent lies and attempts to control the narrative by calling him an assassin intent on massacring people - then the cognitive dissonance is just too deep.

Errr add context please… the last door between dozens of people that BROKE through the last door to access elected officials in congress.

I wouldn’t say “simply” climbed through the door

He got shot because he was armed and resisting arrest. God, you people are fricking mental. Ashely Babbitt was a travesty, the man who killed her got an award and praise. And yet many didn’t make a fuss about it because our arse wouldn’t be climbing in through a window in the capitol building. Neither would I pack a gun and then go commit a crime and resist arrest. It’s not bootlicking, it’s common fricking sense.

Furthermore the courts and justice system and most reasonable jurors will give more weight to the officer's testimony.

Reasonable jurors will unanimously rule against the ICE agent. Have you watched the video? What kind of testimony do you think he's really gonna give in this case?

Just one video filmed from across the street just once. I haven't been following it at all, but I did just read the summary on the Poli board which was very informative. Is there a better video that shows what happened?

DHS is getting a lot of heat from Republican politicians. There are some true believers here who can't bring themselves to criticize anything because they've wrapped their entire identity into this stuff. I pity those people.

Unarmed when killed

Not resisting arrest when pepper sprayed and beaten by a half dozen agents

You are detached from reality.

Not really… We have eyes watching the footage from several angles. It’s not selective when you can simply review each scenario and see what happens. Fairly obvious…

Edit: I didn’t say or act outraged. I said what clearly was a bad shoot vs. good. My opinion, yes, outraged? Nah. Just crazy times at this point

This screen grab, along with several videos clearly showing what actually ocurred, appears to be more impactful than simply being arrested. His CCW legally licensed was removed by an agent before this photo.

If it's your belief this was a justified, lawful kill, then make that case.

Right

The fact that this administration is caving on anything (sending the little trench coat fella packing, making public concessions, etc.) should be a pretty big red flag that this was an open and shut disaster of an incident for them.

But some folks are just too dug in to even believe their eyes

They will be labeled as traitors to the cause and dealt with appropriately in their minds. Despite that polling reveals that Americans oppose this. We are all commie traitors who deserve to die in their opinion. Just for daring to question this shooting

So unarmed woman climbing through a window- good shoot

Armed guy committing obstruction and resisting arrest- bad shoot

And that makes sense to you?
