What % of crude oil can evaporate?

I know a certain percentage of crude oil is volatile and will evaporate but it depends on what type of crude. I was told light sweet crude has a higher % of lower molecular weight components that will evaporate readily but dont know how much.

from what I understand it depends on temperature, 1 thing going for us is the Gulf is warmer than normal

Depends on several factors.

I know zilch about this but the article listing the top 10 spills ever claims 50% evaporated of the 500,000,000 gallons released into the Persian Gulf.
