Little hammer got a doe we are back for pigs or a buck both have been using the poweline we are on a lot lately. Two in one day would be pretty good for an eight beer old. Here is to hoping!

I started this thread at 5:42 am and I’m still in it. Was hoping putting in a full day would pay off but I haven’t seen shite. Just a little more patience.

Last hunt for the year up here in TN. Deer are moving and saw a bunch in the distance walking in. Left the bow at the house and pulled out the 30.06 for the first time this year. Sitting on a nice rock watching a patch of open hardwoods. The sun is dropping below the ridge and the temperature is dropping quickly. I just had a couple of does feed past me. Hopefully the big 9 or 12 give me a shot. Good luck everyone!

Nothing moving in Wathall county. Killed more deer during warmer nasty days than these past 2 perfect ones.

While not a deer I still got to get out in the woods and lay some led on something. Also helps thin the herd...not many are in this area yet. I first saw her piglets at the feeder...then her. She was in the back smelling the whole time. Pretty sure she made me because she started grunting and the piglets took off. I threw my gun into position with a thund hoping I could get one round off at something before all of it was over. Put her in the cross hairs and quickly pulled the trigger. DRT barns ttsx 168gr.

Piglets at the base of the feeder. Wish they came back...would fit my Primo nicely!

Lol! Hope y’all don’t have any fog tomorrow am! I’m sure it let a few deer live another day

First buck I saw this morning could have been a shooter but fog was too bad. Saw the same 17” 8pt with a broken G2 about 6 times. Work called at 10:00 and he was 100 yards from me. Had to take the call and wait for him to leave before I could get down. He didn’t have a care in the world

At my buddy's place in Leon county. Were getting in an end of season buck hunt. Deer was slow but he trapped 6 hogs. One huge sow.

Shot this 8pt at 710 this am.
West Feliciana at my step dad place. Made it about 30 yards.
Caught him slipping a ridge top and hit the grunt. He worked his way down to about 70 yards. Thought he was a little better, but oh well. He gone.
