Son and his college roommates coming over shortly for dinner.
Fresh speckled trout and white trout, sweet potato fries and cole slaw on the menu. Eagle rare for me and something cheap for them.

Homemade stuffed crabs with homemade fries. Crabs traps are doing well. And maybe its me, but I sure like Abita Strawberry with seafood.

Just got back from throwing the cast net. Put 75 shad in the bait tank and hope to catch a bunch of stripers tomorrow.
