Free handling wild venomous snakes is dumb, but strangely not all that uncommon…however cornering an adult mountain lion unarmed on foot is truly next level batshit insane. Kudos for that. Btw can I get your contact info? I might be interested in taking out a life insurance policy on you

Was the mountain lion trapped along a fence line and had to run a few yards to find a place to jump over?

Yep, that’s exactly what happened. I didn’t notice the fence behind the bushes until I realized the mountain lion’s confusion.
