I have the Smith FPC and it's awesome. Incredibly accurate. I got it black Friday ish for $500 with a "free" Vortex red dot. It's one of my new favorite guns
But of the two, I'd go with the PSA PCC posted (reviews are damn near as good as you can ask for) as I have a few of their AR rifles, I don't know a thing about Freedom Ordinance once way or the other.

Glocks (polymer striker fired pistols in general) are not more reliable than any well known models such as 1911s, CZ75s, Sig 226s, Beretta 92s, Hi Powers or any other reputable model. I could find a test that each shines in and each is dismal in. People need to realize that the torture test was a marketing scheme from Glock, because he knew that no one at the time was going to take their beautiful pistols and subject them to that kind of punishment, just top see. It wasn't a real thing until youtubers started making money by sacrificing guns, and now you can find videos all day of Glocks failing before others. Also, Glock knew that if he had sold the gun at the low price he could have, people would think it was cheap garbage. So now they are overpriced pistols that don't really do anything that other pistols didn't do before, other than become easy for large agencies to train many different types of people on, while getting them for the cheaper price that they should sell to the public for. If you like them then great, but in the top 3; not even close.

I revised my answer to your post above. I'd go with the PSA PCC of those choices.
Here's sub $400 shield but it's 40 cal so no one will care anymore
$349.00, not sure if they're doing to See Green rebate (free vortex red dot) with S&W pistols on this site (like others are)
