At one camp I used to hunt at, they had a stand that could fit like 5 people. It was called the Taj Mahal.

Did it make you homesick?

I got a kick out of a lot of these. Funny how a name often last longer than the stand itself.

The green box that is no longer green because it fell over so people think they're at the wrong one.

Scaffold stand that isn't on a scaffold anymore. Gum tree that is a tripod in the middle of a cutover.

We have one stand named Mardi Gras because it looks like a float in the woods and one called Tower of Vidalia because it was built by a Vidalian.

The cabin-it's behind our cabin in the woods.
We have 2 box stands that each of my sons have claimed. They are named after them.
The most unique is the Butt wet stand. About 10 years my wife and I went to a 2 man ladder in a creek bottom. It was a couple days after a front and it rained day before. I brought a seat cushion and she said she was fine. Well about an hour in she complained about how cold she was. It was in the low 30's.
The stand cushion was soaked and so were her Coveralls, jeans and long johns. It's been the butt wet stand ever since.

I have Eldorado, Shreveport, and Alex. Named because of their location because if you look at them from overhead they are laid out about like the cities. There is a mile or so apart.
