Between studs safe. Okay if only option?

They seem to be not great for fire.
Also could be peeled out of wall.
Do you like them if you really don’t have room for a 24”plus safe?
I’m also available for criticism for considering them if you are disgusted by the idea of them.

Neighbor has one. Looks like a mirror on the wall, magnet key pops the pin and it opens. Would love to put one in our bedroom A) because we don't currently have a mirror on the wall in our room, and B) they are cool.

Obviously not much will fit in there. I don't see the issue if that's all you can fit and that's all you need. Its certainly better than nothing. As said, just understand it won't be fire rated, but the chances of that being needed is extremely low anyway.

Installed one for my mom. She loved it. At the end of a hall behind a picture.
Not as secure as one bolted into the slab, but even those aren’t foolproof. The main thing is not being obvious. As long as it’s inconspicuous it’s a good option.
The amount of fire protection, or lack thereof, should determine what is stored in it.
