It's the glass lenses I have problem with. They seem to be much more brittle than other brands. I had a pair of "Dockside" that one of the lenses fell out on. I've had another pair where the lense spider web cracked after they got bumped off a table onto a wooden floor.
A lens fell out of this pair I have. I just pushed it back in and it hasn’t come out again, but it does move easily and it is just a matter of time. The glass lenses seem to scratch a lot easier now too.

Love mine.
I tried on Bajios. All the frames are big and square and they don’t fit my face. Lenses and quality are top notch, though.

Sorry you had a bad experience. I had a rubber nose piece on my Costa sunglasses, which were probably at least 10 years old, go bad so I tried to order a new one and fix it myself. I was told that they no longer made that particular style of sunglasses, so they sent me a credit for $300 and told me to order a brand new pair of sunglasses from their website.. That’s pretty damn good Customer Service in my opinion.

Sun clouds all day. I like the sentry frame.

It seems like Costa's quality goes down every year with no end in sight
Still looking for a replacement but I'm infinitely happier without them. Been trying out Smiths and I like them but still not sold yet (I'm a grumpy man

Recently or years ago because years ago that was exactly what they would do. In the last 7 -10 years not so much according to most accounts.
I bought a pair of Costas from the original store in Daytona in 1990 or so. They were warrantied for life. Glass lenses. I think I paid about $200 for them then. I had them about 5 years when one of the rubber ear pieces fell off. They fixed them for free. About 3 years later the side lens broke. They couldn't fix it because they no longer sold that frame but they offered a frame of my choice and new lenses. I sent them my old pair and when the package came back the new ones were in and my old ones were in it and repaired...on the same day mine arrived they got a pair just like them that could not be repaired but had a good side glass so they fixed mine for free. I encouraged everyone I know to buy Cosstas and bought a bunch as gifts and had 4 and 5 pair myself...I was as devoted to the brand as I have ever been to any brand of anything. About 7-8 years ago I broke a lens in the original pair I had bought....lifetime warranty. They would not honor it. Wanted $300 deductible to fix them. I balked at that and the basically told me to take it or leave it. I explained that I could buy a new pair on Amazon, package my old ones up and return them and they would refund the money. They said they would never do any such thing. I proved them wrong and have proved them wrong 2 other times since with the same pair. They made the deal. I did not force them to offer a lifetime warranty on those glasses. Had they been reasonable and offered to repair or replace them for 50% of retail I would have gladly gone along but they wanted more as a deductible than similar models sold for new. I am done with them although I will continue to force them to honor the lifetime warranty on my original pair for as long as I want to go through the trouble of doing it....

Sent in 4 pair in 2020 and only received two pair back since two were discontinued but offered 20% off replacements. Also couldn’t find any without the mirror lens which burns my nose. Who’d of think adding a mirror to sunglasses would cook yo nose?

Rubber on nose pieces and parts that fit over the ear disintegrates. Will they give a dam? I don’t have the receipts.

Can you add rx lenses to your current frames?
Or do you have to go new.

Got costas, Maui Jim’s, and fin nor. Weather conditions usually determine which ones I wear but the fin nor’s are my current favorite.
