OK, thanks for the response. Did they give you any information on what would take place after the diagnostics?

It's not entirely clear. If they find nothing wrong with it, they send it back to me. If they are able to fix it, it will be $180 extra. They also gave me the option to upgrade to a new model for a reduced amount. They also may send me a new Carbon unit if they have any in stock. Not sure how much that costs.

My 12" Live units are crisp and the processing speed is unreal.
