Here's an awesome youtube episode where the guys eat a Carolina Reaper

It's pretty entertaining and talks a little about the peppers.

Getting them to sprout!! I've tried plenty of things and can't do it. I'm willing to buy a small plant from you.

Have you tried soaking the seeds in warm water before planting? I've had no problem with getting them to come up, although it might take them a while.

The Ghost peppers have an awesome smokey flavor. Hot as frick though.
Soak a couple in vinegar and drizzle it on your bbq.

The strain is still to unstable to grow from seeds at random.

I grew some from carolina reaper seeds and ended up with the long pepper they crossbred with to give the tail amd fruity flavor.

That pepper is a mutant.

Damned food dried and ground.

Carolina reapers are a hybrid. If you try to save the seeds from a pepper, you'll never get a true reaper.

Reapers are still too unstable for my tastes. Three reaper plants at the house... All different peppers. One of which is so sweet it tastes legitimately like orange hard candy.

Eta: didn't realize I already said that.

Ghost pepper makes a good wing sauce.
