It's 19'8", i'm aware of the 20' rule, i could put a 250 on it, but i wouldn't be able to get insurance...it's plenty fast enough for me with the 225, but if u know of anyone getting rid of a 225 let me know

Doesn't look like it would be very fast in the water. I've been around boats my whole life and I've learned that boats need motors to run. It isn't always obvious, but it's the truth.
