I presume you're in south LA somewhere Broke?
Yes
And I ain't digging no holes myself.

If you clear it all out and layout the holes you can probably dig them all with an auger in a few hours.
Also rent it for a half day Saturday afternoon, you get a free day Sunday, bring it back first thing Monday.
$7-8 a ft is abt right for unstained pine from what I remember. That includes auger rental.

I'm trying to contain a dog we don't have yet. What about underground fences? I'm more inclined to just fence it in right now but that could be an option

Get the invisible fence that projects from the base, not the underground one. To me, the invisible projected fence was just as or more effective than the physical buried wire.
And way easier to set up. Set to the radius you want, then walk with collar in your hand and put a flag every 2-3ft on the perimeter so the dog learns in about a week or less.

I'd say about $13 a foot. I would use 20' runners. Your gate cost will vary depending on how elaborate or basic you want. They do sell gate kits at home depot.

And not a single pic was posted...

It's material on my trailer. Not pic worthy at the moment.

I just got finished with my privacy fence. Good luck. That shite sucks. The fence is easy. The gate is the bitch.

You said a 6' double right? Why that size?
Posted on 3/10/14 at 10:51 am to Hu_Flung_Pu
It is a 6 foot fence. Not sure how wide I want the gate at this point. The gate is going to cause me issues from an engineering standpoint. I'm not well versed in gate building.

Go to a fence building shop and get a metal pipe frame and then screw on the fence boards, use metal posts and clamp on, wooden frame gates always seem to sag

They are not bad. I have a ten foot one. It just takes a little thinking.
The way I did mine was 6' on one side that is mounted on a removable 4x4 so it won't sag. The other is mounted normally.

I remove the screws and take the whole panel off when I need a gate

I'll post some pictures of mine when I get a chance.

So use metal at the double gate instead of a 4x4?

Posts holding up the hinged side should be 6x6
