My brother loves them. I've never used one. Most here would laugh hysterically at my tackle box assortment.

They're just really versatile and you can fish them a lot of different ways depending upon what the fish are doing. Jig, spinner bait and rattle trap wrapped into one

ETA: Microfrog is my favorite for the green trout

It would probably just make me feel like an idiot for having all that tackle and only using the same shite as you have in your box 95% of the time

I would feel much better about it with a body instead of a skirt.

I'm going to see if I can get a swim bait hook attached to it.

You just have to stay persistent with them. From my experiences with them, i tend to catch lager fish with em rather than a bunch of small ones. King, you noticted the same thing?

actually yeah, i tend to catch bigger fish on chatter baits, on spinner baits i tend to catch quantity over quality.

yeah i don't think i've caught a bass under two pounds on a chatter bait, on a spinner bait you'll catch pickles all day with the occasional 3#
