I built an AR45 and it doesn't want to chamber rounds. They go in about half way and stick. The charging handle won't extract the round so I drop the magazine and jam the brace on a table. Round ejects, some scarring on the rim and the bullet is a little deeper in the case.
I'm thinking about trying another buffer spring.
What do you guys think?

No issues of getting the bullet in the chamber without the bolt?

I’m thinking it’s either a magazine issue (most likely) or something going on with the feed ramp.

Had a similar issues, putting a flat wire spring helped. this was a 308 frame which is a bit more finicky though.

Put the Vltor A5 buffer system on my AR15, perfect position ejections every time.

A5 system, the tube is a bit longer, has 7 positions instead of 6 and has an A5 H2 buffer. Love it.

Probably the best reliability enhancement uograde you can get for a finicky rifle.

Factory Glock 21 magazine, Kriss extended magazine and Asian military magazines are all no go.
There's no feed ramp like an AR9

I’m at a loss.

Call the company and see what they say.

Mic bolt face. Check measurements with numbers online and the casing ID.

Might also check the extractor. If it's too tight take it the oring under it if it's like the ARs.

I had to send a new bolt back and it looked right and measured right but did the same thing as yours on a 7.62

New bolt came in and word works awesome.

Can you pull back and set the bolt catch and then release it and see if it loads correct?

Are you saying to remove the o ring?

I've contacted Foxtrot Mike

Is it their build or your build? And if your build is the BCG their brand or another?

I remember when I built my ew Frontier they had a list of BCGs that would work and a list that did not.

Yep. Under the extractor.

Do me a favor. Slide back and set bolt catch.

Put mag in and then load by releasing the bolt catch button.

Does it load fine that way?

It's their kit. Everything but the upper, I used an Aero XL, and the trigger group.

Anyone heard of Andro Corp? Seems like a lot of value for the dollar, especially on the AR Pistol platform, but it seems like they're relatively low-key

They have a good reputation for barrels on both ARFCom and M4C. Smaller shop in the Jax area.
I bet you're looking at the same AR pistol I am: LINK
