Mostly for the same price as the Brownells deal. Definitely would’ve gone the Brownells way if I knew it was an option before hand.

I know you already have a DDM4V7 but you could sell it for what you paid and get the one with the SSA trigger and Magpul Pro sights: LINK

i would, but i really don't want to go through selling it and sighting in a new one. it's got a LaRue trigger in it now that i really like, too.

Anyone building anything lately? I'm about to kick off another build. Will be a .223 predator/pig gun. Build will be way over budget but I don't care
I know for sure it'll have:
Radian builders kit
Proof .223 wylde 20" 1/8 barrel (not fully sold on what length yet but leaning 20")
Triggertech trigger
SLR adj gas block
DD pistol grip
JP silent captured spring
I still need to decide on a stock and BCG. I really like all of my cryptic coatings BCGs but debating switching it up for this one.
Anyone have stock/BCG recommendations?

Go 18” at the most. The Radian is heavy as it is (unless you’re doing carbon fiber wrapped barrel).
I have a BCM bcg in both of mine.
ETA: I haven’t built an AR since I built the second Radian. But I did finish the build on my Brownells BRN 22 receiver.
Going to be a tack driver.

I’m going carbon wrapped on the barrel. Weight won’t matter much. Will live on the tripod when hunting. Debating going to 18” but might just do 20”

If you want to save a few hundred on the CF barrel check out BSF barrels. Very happy with mine. Brownells has tge 18” in stock for $569

I'm building a 300blk SBR. Radian lower with a PDW length LMT upper and an LMT barrel cut by D Wilson.
B5 stock and grip, Larue trigger, Radian SD CH.
I'm stuck on BCG too. I typically just run the LMT (not enhanced) but was considering something new. I like the FCD NP3 but I'm not paying secondary market prices for it. I'll probably just get a Sionics NP3 when I find one in stock again.
I won't have a dedicated suppressor for a while, so when I do I may have to switch some things around esp without the adjustable gb.

For someone unfamiliar with building these from scratch, what are some good, fully built units. It does not have to be super cheap.....looking for a solid, completely built unit.
