I drive a 22 Ridgeline AWD. I don’t plan to ever drive anything else. I’ll likely upgrade in 5 years to another Ridgeline. It has the comfort of a Honda Pilot inside and the towing and AWD are legit in my experience. I’m also a huge fan of the inbed trunk/toolbox/cooler. Like the previous poster said, going to check them out won’t cost anything.

My 2012 canyon 4x4 has a peppy 5 cylinder engine, gets 23 mpg. It will make another 7-8 years. Minimum a/I electronics.

My neighbor liked my new Ridgeline so much he went and bought one yesterday.
His wife has a Passport and she loves it,I think she pushed him to get the Ridgeline. He had a older Chevrolet.

Tacomas have always been made in Mexico, Always !!!!!!

Tacomas never made in Japan.
Do your research.

Tacomas are also made in San Antonio... or, at least my 2021 was. I put 40K miles on it... hated every mile. Simply the most uncomfortable riding truck. Terrible gas milage and underpowered.

I've driven the new Frontier, much better ride. But I think I'd pull a trigger on the Ranger over all others.

I've owned 3 frontiers, 2005, 2008, and a 2012.

I took all to 100k miles and never had a single issue with any of them. I much prefer the way they drive to the Tacoma. Feels more sporty and responsive.

Frontier or older Tacoma with V6.

I have a '23 Pro4X Frontier. Lifted 2-in and put 33's on it. I love it and haven't had any issues.

I have no comparison of how it rides compared to others in the same class but its fine with me for the little amount of interstate driving i do.
