On call all weekend. Next weekend is my birthday so I think I’m gonna do a brisket, pickle some onions, and make brisket tacos with a chili de arbol salsa roja I made.

Oreo, my other slut barn cat had four kittens four weeks ago.
Can't wait to eradicate mice in barn.

Separated a rib roast from the bone this morning and prepped ribs and roast. Both going in the smoker this afternoon. Family coming over this evening to eat, play cards and drink bourbon. I live for days like this.

Grilled Ribeye for me, diets for my wife and daughter. Roasted broccoli finished with Parmesan cheese and grilled bell yellow and orange bell peppers.
