Being fired at a slightly upwards trajectory does not equal "rises". Once a bullet leaves the barrel it begins to drop. Unless you have wings with the flaps down on your bullet, it is impossible for it to rise on it's own.
Not trying to be an arse or argue about this but I have heard many times over the years someone say their bullet was rising and it simply just is not true.

This is why everyone thinks a bullet rises. Truly, it never rises, guns are just pointed up slightly so we can hit targets far away.
If you leveled out the barrel and not the scope, youd get this.
Tips are not necessary.
