If the state ever decides to repave Hwy 90 east of Lafayette, I'll never go down 190 again. Though, the recent roadwork on 190 is nice to have.

I got a speeding ticket recently but not in Livonia. I had the option of cutting the fine in half by watching a 30 minute safe driving video online and taking the quiz afterwards. If you pass the quiz, you print the certificate of completion and mail it with the check.

Call the Parish for the violations and talk to an asst DA. Tell them you don’t mind paying the fine but don’t want it on insurance. Can they reduce to a non-moving for you. Chances are they will do that.
