I actually use Suspend SC.
I've read A LOT of good things on here about that one too.

I'm not sure how Tempo works on other wasps but if Suspend doesn't I'm going to assume Tempo doesn't either.

I don't guess you have a fireplace, right?

We have this is my house. But for some reason all the wasps we find are half dead crawling on the floor. Like how is every single one almost dead when we find it?

I actually do, but they never come out of it. I think the flashing where my roof meets my chimeny may need to be resealed. This is my best guess at how they are getting into the roof area. I'm gonna climb up there this weekend and caulk away.

This is how we are finding most of them are also. I suppose it's because it hasn't warmed up good yet....

100 wasps? We ain't talking about one nest than brah. Exterminate with extreme prejudice.

Yea, not exagerating. My wife killed 18 while I was at LOWE's for an hour. They show up in groups. None have been aggressive or attacked thou....We've got wasp everywhere!!!

half dead crawling around sounds more like half alive, as just hatched when the weather warmed

Do you have large live or red oaks in your yard near the house?

as far as sealing every crack/hole in the outside of the house, do not do that. Your house is designed to breath. there are weep holes in the bottom of the brick for ventilation, soffit vents or perforations that can have insect mesh installed but need to remain open, ridge vent or turbines, and multiple other vent lines that mover air in and out of the house. We would frequently find a ceiling exhaust fan with the hosing to the vent dislodges allowing free passage.

Alx the geckos are getting in through the water drain vent lines. There should be one for each drain in the bathroom and they are crawling down and the back up the drains.

Most look full grown, although I'm not familiar with the growth/life cycle of a wasp.

No red oaks, around just a bunch of crappy pine trees....

Just guessing you have wasps hibernating in your chimney. Wasps will hibernate "in mass" this time of the year(winter). In the wild they are usually found in a tree hollow or under the bark of dead trees. These wasps will disperse in the spring to start their own paper nests. I live "in the woods" and have had large hibernating colonies in my chimney, under vinyl siding and in a widow air conditioner.

The fact that we have never used our fireplace probably doesn't help. OK, I'm going to tape up the fireplace opening with a sheet of plastic and see if they stop showing up. This is an easy place to start that I can do after work today.

It's crazy because we hardly ever see them coming out of anything. We always spot them once they are flying around the ceiling.

Update: I taped off the fireplace and taped paper plates over the recessed lights and the wasp diasappeared. I removed the tape from the fireplace, still no wasp. I had one wasp show up in the recessed lights. So, I removed a recessed light and threw 3 bombs in the small subroof/ non accessible attic area. Within an hour I had about 30 dead wasp on the floor, I have no idea how they got out of the attic area. That was 2 weeks ago, no wasp since. F DEM WASP!!!!

thats what those are for...

and BTW i really do not believe houses are designed to "breath". there are vents and such to release the super hot attic air with new outside air, but thats it. And i would not consider that breathing. sealing the gaps between the wood and brick will do no harm.
