How do you throw a cast net from a kayak? Just curious.
I have to run my nose or arse aground a little bit. But doing this you have one shot at location or the bait fish will have time to flee. Sunday i tried a couple times in open water. i could stand up ok but moving around casting i nearly took a dive a few times. I want to build some retractable pontoons so i can flip them out and slowly cruise up on schools in open water.

we got a bunch of these in bulk stick it anchor pin, they're solid but not the cheapest option. ski poles work really well if you know anybody at a nearby outdoor store...
