I’ve been a handgun hero fan for many years. Great website.

Just received my LTC last week! Hellcat or G19 for me depending on clothing.

I would add (d) comfortable. If it's not comfortable you won't wear it and then it's pointless.
I agree. But for me it's a much lower priority since we can adapt to or get used to a certain level of discomfort.
It was Clint Smith who famously said, "Carrying a gun isn't supposed to be comfortable. it's supposed to be comforting."
I know some people disagree, but for me it's a matter of choosing the most reliable handgun I can find, and then altering my wardrobe to accommodate the weapon. I think way too many people do the reverse.

I definitely think this is ideal
That said, when YouTubers wearing baggy cargo shorts and Hawaiian shorts tell me to dress for the gun from their compound in Idaho - thanks, that should really help me at the office, at happy hour, etc.

I tried to compromise here. I have an XDS that I can carry but really wanted something smaller. I looked and a LCP II but just couldn’t get comfortable with it. I decided on a Glock 42. It’s small enough to pocket carry if I want to but comfortable for me to shoot reliably. I bought a kydex iwb holster and it’s a mixed bag. It wasn’t comfortable to appendix carry, although I did try this the other day and it was better. Losing almost 40 lbs will make a lot of things easier.

M&P Shield, Sig P365, or Kahr CM9.

I do wish the 365 had the flat trigger.
I looked at all the variants as well, and almost went with the SAS, but it's controls are a little TOO slick.

IDK if you’ve seen the stuff Greyguns makes for the 365, but they’re impressive. Here’s a link to the flat trigger.

Crazy grips, manual safeties, guide rods, all sorts of trick stuff for P series pistols.

Smith and Wesson 9mm EZ.
Pros- Small, EZ, Accurate, great for my kids to learn on.
Cons- only holds 10 bullets.

Try em all. Whichever one you feel the most comfortable with in your hand (and you can draw easily with your carry system/holster) is the correct one. All the major manufacturers make a reliable product. The right gun for you may not be the right one for me. And vice versa.

Just got a new holster for the 26, trying to carry it more often. P238 is just much easier to carry, especially in the summer.

Nice. I like the 1791 holsters myself.

Funny. While I was debating between OG 365 and SAS (because I was nervous that the controls were too slick on the SAS) the X came out...lol So I got the X.
