agree @ double D, not good -different every time- if you try service meats at Barkers corner check the ice chests before you leave your meat- been twice and half the chests had no ice and the meat stunk- Im not going back

A friend of mine brought his deer to Days last year and had it made into smoked sausage. It was not good. He wont be going back. I love their other stuff but the sausage wasnt hitting on much.

Not saying it didn't happen, but i have been using Day's since they opened.I take 3 deer a season to them and they have never not once messed up my order. I get the cajun smoke sausage and it's been very good.I also get them to make some roast and they tenderize the back strap. Now they not cheap, but for me they have done a fine job.
