I here people say I need to be in the stand all week because it’s a red moon. Never heard of this. What is your thoughts ?

Do they say this related to the rut in a specific area? I have heard some describe rut timing based on the moon. I think it has more to do with length of day and movement is more driven by weather and external factors like people.
If it is about the rut, the rut here in TN has been over for more than a month. The rut around Demopolis, AL might be a month away.

No moon, half moon, red moon, blue moon. If im off work i hunt. Pretty simple for me

Yeah there was a thread on here last week with link to the podcast.
According to the study there is no connection between moon position, or moon phase, which kinda surprised me.
I was always a solunar table baw.

They even talk about the red moon on there as well, and again, no correlation between deer movement and red moon.

If I’ve learned anything this year, it’s not the moon you need to worry about, it’s the drones. I haven’t seen a deer since they’ve been in the sky.
