I’ve seen that movie.

Was it on Skinemax?

If my pornographic memory serves me right, this one involved a sequestered jury. 2 Jurors got emotionally close and began to have sex since their rooms were adjoining and hadn’t seen their partner in weeks. The man kept holding out to keep having sex the other juror. Eventually, they discovered a hole in the prosecution and found the defendant not guilty.

This jury has been bought and paid for. The dems are choreographing this.

It is clear the entire thing has been "choreographed"; however, I believe it is delusional to think that the "jury has been bought and paid for." While it is very possible that a juror or two could be paid, there is no way they coordinated the whole thing and let 18 people in on the plan (12 plus 6 substitutes). The process, in my opinion, is completely being choreographed by the prosecution and the judge with both knowing the two separate parties will each operate as sycophants.

After a guilty verdict they know won't make it past appeals.

Attention whoring has become such a staple of modern life that you just have to assume everyone is going blab all your secrets to get their 15 minutes.

Who, exactly, is it that you think will riot? And where will these riots occur?

I think there will definitely be a few rioters who break into buildings, etc… nothing on the scale of BLM or St. George “protests” but even a small amount of ammo will be amplified and milked by the media for the next 5 months. The standards are different. This isn’t cynical or conspiracy or whatever… the left just plays by different rules.

What is so hard to understand about that. It will 100% happen if there’s a guilty verdict. I just hope they stay as far away from DC as possible.

We gotta just accept the reality that the right is held to a way higher standard than the left when it comes to this shite. The right does not have the privilege of showing up to the houses of people involved in the case and protesting, without serious consequences.

I’d be shocked if the jury votes to convict.

If they convict, for half the country it will cement the belief that our justice system is hopelessly corrupt.

If a hung jury, there is still hope.

Nope. They know it will probably be overturned, but the appeal will not take place until after the election. So a guilty verdict will give Biden and the Dems the opportunity to call Trump a convicted felon in hopes it scares away voters.

A politicized case like this seems to be exactly the kind of case that would result in a hung jury. I think there are probably people on the jury that will interpret the evidence as objectively as they can and reach a conclusion.

I would imagine that there are at least a few people on the jury with TDS who would consider it their duty to convict Trump.

I also think there may be at least one person who sees the trial as a sham and would hold their ground on not guilty.

I see part of the problem being that we don't know if a crime has been committed. In a murder case, we know there is a crime, it is up to the jury to determine IF the defendant is the murderer.

In this case, it is up to the jury to determine if what occurred is a crime AND if Trump is guilty of said crime.

All that aside, I think the best outcome for the Democrats is a hung jury. A hung jury gives them the opportunity to say that Trump intimidated the jury, that he is still guilty, but politics prevented justice from being served, etc, They will claim a victory without the blowback that would occur if he is convicted...
