I don’t know about the jurisdiction where this happened but in Louisiana you are financially responsible for the delicts (negligent acts) of your minor children.

Sounds like they just chalked it up to a "just kids being kids" scenario. I hate it when only the murderer's feelings are considered...and the murder victim is completely ignored. Who the frick gets justice for the victim when the people who are supposed to, are 100% focused on coddling the murderer?

Seems the Democrats like to use the DOJ to go after people they don't like, when it's typically a state deal, so Bindi needs to get this kid arrested and charged with federal crime. Since he did it while he illegal which is a federal crime. Then deport his area after he spent plenty of time in jail. Or off to cecot.
