At least the ballot boxes (GA) have to be at election locations now, better cameras and close when election locations do.
The big GA battle is the rules the State BOE is dealing with related to obtaining absentee ballots. Dems are using every method to get these free flowing again..mainly (saying) elderly, homeless and disabled are unable to obtain them under new rules/process.
Say what you will..the new GA act directly attacked many of the fraud points.

In order for his algorithm to properly predict based on a key precinct in each state he would need a more precise mechanism than ballot stuffing. Ballot stuffing also would mean the machines counting were fine and not hacked since the count would be changed by ballots run through normally. not hacking into the network as Frank's said was required for his hack.

His analysis is data based and he says he found an algorithm related to county specific voter registration data (from 2016) that accurately predicts voting results.
He may believe this was done by injecting electronic votes, but his analysis is separate from it.
His point is they knew how many votes they needed, and knew how to inject them. The method of injecting votes doesn't change his theory.

So how did they know the exact counts to stuff with at the point where they stuffed? Was this stuffing done post or mid counting? How did they get that many ready in time between when they knew the totals they were targeting and the count they had to change?
