How many people were murdered by citizens?

The Pretti shooting is simply indecipherable. It looks bad. But we don’t really know what happened.
The Good shooting is easily understood and defensible. Only idiots try to pretend to not know what happened. A woman ran her car into a law enforcement officer. That gets you killed 7 days a week and twice on Sunday.
