This thread and many others like it are proof that we can no longer coexist with the fricking morons on the left. The stupidity I see posted here, daily, it's scary. You have a 37-year-old lesbian with no real reason to be in Minnesota other than to get in the middle of immigration enforcement, who also happens to be a mother of three, and a lesbian with a wife. What are the fricking chances anything happens to her if she just stayed in fricking Missouri and minded her own business. But that's not even the crazy part, it's the morons that come out of the fricking woodwork to defend her. They really need some self-reflection.

Judging from the video the officer apparently thought she was endangering the public with her vehicle
From there the ICEholes escalated the incident by leaving their vehicle instead of safely driving around her, and charged her vehicle, pulling at her car door, causing her to panic and try to drive away.
She paid with her life for having the audacity to treat the mighty ICEholes like common ordinary peon citizens.

Nobody is claiming he exercised police power for an immigration law violation. She was breaking federal law by obstructing a federal law enforcement officer in the performance of his duties. When obstruction statutes (18 U.S.C. § 111, § 1501, § 1505, etc.) require the officer to be engaged in the “lawful performance of official duties,” that isn’t an abstract concept. The duty must be lawful as applied to the person being accused of obstruction.ICE’s lawful authority over an immigration suspect does not automatically extend to a third-party U.S. citizen. Without independent jurisdiction over her, there is no “lawful duty” being obstructed as to her, and therefore no obstruction offense to bootstrap detention from.

That was not a common driving move and was likely one of numerous of similar moves. Thats good reason to shut her up with a short detainment. She is the one that escalated it to her own death.
