I don't believe US, Russian or Ukrainian info. We generally hear what they want us to hear.
The war is a stalemate, there will be a lot of US soldiers required to die before its over.

Stalemate? Russia has captured 2/3rds of Ukraine’s natural resources at 20% of its land mass.

It’s time for US boots on the ground. Sending money and equipment isn’t working and is depleting our military strength. We appear weak and China is going to make moves to take advantage
Initially I wanted us to stay out of it. I think Ukraine was bait for us. China gave Russia the green light knowing we would dump resources into defending Ukraine and weaken our military ability. They want Taiwan.
Send some marines and special forces into Ukraine to kick Ruskie arse and drive them back. End it now. Putin won’t use nukes on us that would mean Moscow gets wiped off the map. Doing this sends a message to China that if they frick around they’ll find out too

So, the truth is Ukraine is getting its arse kicked and the Biden administration has troops on the ground fighting against one of the world's few nuclear superpowers and without congressional authorization.
Maybe all the legislators on Capitol Hill should take the Ukrainian lapel pins off their jackets, as a start.

This is a pretty myopic way of viewing war.
USSR spent 10 years in Afghanistan and killed them at a 13-1 clip but it was 100% a stalemate.
