You first have to distinguish between internal and external polling and then look to the motivations of each.

Internal polls are meant to inform a candidate on where they should invest campaign assets for the best results. It is a necessity for these to be as accurate as possible, and many indicators showed these were very accurate in the last election.

External polls are bullshite and meant to manipulate the voting public. Don't bother, stay home, or keep going your candidate is winning.. There is little consequence to lying in external polls and they are as accurate as a Chinese Fortune cookie. They are political advertisement cloaked as objective

If you want to know what the internal polls are saying, watch what the candidates do. Which states are they in. What groups are they targeting. Is their branding changing? You could tell when Kamala went from drunk aunt, to Brat, to Turn the Page, to FREEDOM that polling showed she needed to brand herself. Then White Dudes For Harris .. her own polling showed white men were not her strength. Reports now state that internal polling never once showed her ahead and she ran her campaign like a raccoon on meth.

John Barron says he was right about everything from the get go. Not sure how Eric feels about that.

Over the years I was involved in conducting several polls across the state of Texas which is not a small undertaking

I manipulated every single one of em

Please explain why you manipulated them.

Were you hired to conduct the poll? Did they want to actually know the true sentiment or did they want to influence and direct people to believe/think a certain way?
