This accomplishes a few things. For starters, his supporters love it. That much is clear. But it also serves as a means to trigger the late-stage TDS-addled left into melting down.
And that's important b/c he uses this as means of goading his detractors/haters into getting out over their proverbial skis and off balance while frothing at the mouth like the deranged lunatics that they are.

It seems clear that the route would be to invoke the insurrection act and claim an ongoing conspiracy by activist judges across the country to subvert the rule of law. If it's all wrapped up in one RICO suit going back to before his first term including COVID being deployed to defraud the election you have foreign interference and actual war being waged against the US.
