A huge percentage of people rejoicing the Supreme Court ruling only fo so because they view it as a Trump defeat. They have no clue as to any consequences.

I'm looking forward to hearing Trump's response.

You folks are odd. You're ok with other countries acting on and enforcing immigration laws, but not the US.

You're ok with other countries enacting tariffs on our goods, but we're not allowed to do the same.

I know I should be spiking the ball, but I'm seriously worried about Roger.

Fair trade is a matter of national and economic security. America cannot continue to yield our national strength through dependency on countries like China. We cannot continue to surrender American jobs and industries to those who are undercutting us with slave labor and protectionist attacks.

This is critical for small businesses, who make up 98% of our manufacturing base – and who have seen historic demand, hiring, and factory expansion thanks to the TARIFFS that brought back Made in America by forcing the rest of the world pay their fair share.

Small businesses want FAIR trade. Our adversaries want nothing more than a return to the status quo. We ARE a nation of builders once again – it's why fair trade is the only path forward.

Keep going, @POTUS

Today, the Supreme Court decided that Congress, despite giving the president the ability to "regulate imports", didn't actually mean it. This is lawlessness from the Court, plain and simple. And its only effect will be to make it harder for the president to protect American industries and supply chain resiliency.

President Trump has a wide range of other tariff powers and he will use them to defend American workers and advance this administration’s trade priorities
