You never even made an actual point. You just made Biblical references

Most people agree with this.

Oh I made my point. And the biblical reference was historically accurate. Politics must follow morality for it to work properly.

Roughly at that point it’s referred to as a fetus

It's not, though.

What species of zygote?

The same species as the egg and sperm that formed it.

that’s when pregnancy begins. It was a new human prior to implantation.

I disagree.

Note - not every new human survives to implant.

Most don't.

Intelligent Design, am I right?

It's a perfect example of moral relativism in the situation of politics and religion.

A lot of dogs are euthanized because no one will take them but what if we started aborting puppies how would the public feel about that?

Neither did that "reasonable post" that was supposedly going to get shite on.

He just stated his opinion on the matter (1st trimester), he never justified it with anything.

It would be better - same as unplanned/unwanted human pregnancies.

Politics is different than morality or religion.

Well, outside of theocracies at least.

A bunch of what you said sounds like a Democrat... First, you're wanting to have a discussion on something your party doesn't want to, whatsoever. Whereas the Dems do. All the time in fact. They really like to talk about abortions.

Second, you seem to be advocating for post birth government assistance in raising the child. I assume that means food stamps, section 8, etc. The GOP doesn't want to offer these things. They voted against the Child Tax Credit (while Vance says they're pro family and babies) whereas Harris is running on extending the Child Tax Credit to even higher amounts. They also support additional government assistance that you seem to at least want to discuss.

Thirdly, the GOP doesn't care really care what the woman thinks whereas the donkeys do. The elephants seem to want an imaginary man named God living in the sky to decide your rights.

These are the basic three reasons it seems like you might be a Democrat. Again, not trying to insult. Just calling it like I see it.

Chances of getting pregnant using birth control are slim . Chances of getting pregnant without are a lot higher

Start talking about what new can do to support women who have an unplanned pregnancy.

bullshite.

The two have nothing to do with each other and it's just an excuse. Nothing anybody did would be enough to satisfy women, and (again) it's just bullshite.

Here's why. Basically what you're saying is that women HAVE to get abortions because society doesn't do enough to cover the responsibility of the woman's choice to have sex.

If I'm an incel who feels like I'm entitled to rape because no woman voluntarily wants to have sex with me, what are you going to say to me? I'm going to say, gee, that's tough, but it doesn't mean you get to rape someone.

Just like if a woman starts whining about not getting time off or whatever else it is that we're trying to make this about instead of what it's really about, I'm going to say gee, that's tough, but it doesn't mean you get to kill another human being.

And all of the comments about sluts, etc., I agree that that isn't necessary, but it does come down to this. If you choose to have vaginal sex, there is a risk that you might get pregnant.

If you aren't willing or able to deal with that if it happens, don't have vaginal sex.

Or combine an IUD with oral contraceptives and reduce your chances of pregnancy to basically zero.

But you don't get to choose to do something that YOU KNOW could result in pregnancy, then shift the consequences to an innocent third party when it happens.

If women can't accept such simple logic on this, then it will just always be a sticking point.

So be it.

I don’t think anyone should have to carry a rape baby, or a baby with potentially a bad life outcome due to a high probability of major birth defects.I think the big problem *most* have with abortion is whoring without consequence. I have no dog in the fight though. Abortion/infanticide has been going on since the beginning of life itself.

Only when the cells become a human. We don't know what that point is, or else the discussion would be easy and a consensus would be easy to reach

Are those human cells inside the mother?

Is that group of cells alive?

Human life.

No other argument.

Like I said, justify your thinking so you don't feel bad when killing a unborn human life.

Justify, justify, justify.
