lol no. He has been brought back to face trial for human trafficking, not to complete his deportation due process.
Uh dude might walk if he has a half way decent attorney. Have yall actually read the indictment? It’s paper thin.

Well, I bringing him back was probably the lawful thing to do. If he’s convicted of a crime by a fair and impartial jury, that’s fine, too…

It was said repeatedly, at least the part about him not coming back.
Ill fess up, I said it repeatedly. Why Trump agreed to facilitate his return after he let the Dem’s squirmed for months and Senators embarked on numerous wellness checks to El Salvador is a curious move.

But once this “Maryland Father” goes through official due process and his illegalities are good and exposed for all to see, America can see just what kind of trash the Democrats wasted so much time, money, and resources on.

Sounds great to me too, I bet he gets convicted and deported pretty quickly too. Wins all around

It won’t be quick. I’ll give it over a year.

His attorneys will delay it to drain more money and for the headlines that high profile cases attract.

He was deported and in prison. Why bring him back, foot the bill, and deport him to a prison?

Because making him an illegal alien and a US convicted felon (convicted of smuggling women, children, and gang members) will make it more difficult for future “progressive” administrations to bring him back.

Keeping a charging document simple has no predictive value for the likelihood of conviction.

If I’m wrong, I would wager the opposite is true. That the thinnest indictments have the highest conviction rate.
