This was my first thought when I read the judges opinion. An invasion does not have to be uniformed military or commissioned military soldiers and 8 do not know if that is defined in any books the judge has been reading. An invasion can be any coordinated effort with intent to occupy and that has occured.
However i am curious as to why we have not heard of any Chinese arrest and deportations.

And the larger point that you emotional thinkers ignore is these rules apply to everyone eventually.
If a citizen is taken (mistake or otherwise) and the label by the admin is not questionable or reviewable, what recourse does he have?

This act doesn't only apply to illegals. This applies to citizens and those here legally as well. Not sure why so many are ignoring that. Those here illegally could just go through normal immigration court and be removed....
