Period.

I'd argue it's similar enough

In the most extreme cases (North Korea) it's absolutely a religion

The problem with this thinking is the very assumptions you need to make in order to utter it.

What is evil? Is there such a thing as evil? The very concept of objective evil is a religious belief, and western concepts of evil are generally based on Christianity.

The postmodernist influence on Marxism denies the idea of objective truth or of objective evil. To them, the ends justifies the means to obtain the human utopia.

They aren’t real clear on what that utopia will look like, but they are confident that it needs to tear down the current culture, including the family and sexual mores, in order to make way for the utopia.

Cultural marxists are a virus. Ask them, they’ll tell you.

Ever heard of the Spanish inquisition? We have real world evidence that Christianity can be used as a tool for evil.

While I agree that extremists on the right are just as bat-shite as lefties, the people identified here are NOT exremists.

This is just a sad-sack attempt at making God-fearing patriots out as the enemy.

Tl;dr: article is horse apples.

Your interpretation pretty much contradicts 2000 years of Christianity in Western Civilization.

I don’t know what you’re talking about. My view is the standard view of the catechism of the Catholic Church.

Funny yet tragic…

I would love for everyone to come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior…. I know it will not happen because the path is narrow…

People like this lady cannot stand Christianity because Christians do not approve of her lifestyle choices and view it as a sin….

However, she is free from government rules on making that lifestyle choice…

Ultimately, she is just angry with God and I truly believe she is miserable because she does not know God or has walked away…. Honestly she is miserable because sin makes her miserable…

Christians need to accept aborting anything from a woman’s womb and people cutting off their genitalia is perfectly normal moral behavior.

Of course it is. That was promulgated in the late 20th century. I'd be shocked if your view didn't comport with it.

Are you thinking that we Christians aren’t aware that we are sinners and that we have made evil choices in the past?

What does that have to do with the claim that Christians simply standing up for their beliefs is somehow evil, especially as it’s a claim being made by people who don’t actual believe in objective evil?

Remember that this very recent claim that Christianity “is turning evil” is a mere seconds old, as a PUBLIC utterance, but it’s the foundation of Marxism thought from before Marx.

The progressive liberal scientific method:
Determine the desired outcome
Demonize white conservatives
Cherry-pick data to “prove” point
Further demonize white conservatives

Good! I can get on board with that. It’s better than allow queer’s and freaks to take over our kids minds.

You left out the part regarding the complete and utter disregard for collateral damage.

Lets take a look at which group is currently injecting their ideology into middle school curriculums.

Currently the word god is banned.

Detailed how-to anal sex and fisting, approved.

I wouldnt worry too much about the christians. Not until you try to force their kids to learn all the best ways to recreate sodom and Gomorrah.

Of course you're aware

My point is that governments in collusion with religion can cause major fricking problems

I'm not talking about whether you cheated on your wife or skipped Church last week or any odd number of personal transgressions that individuals make

Anything can be weaponized for evil. I don't understand your point.

Can this banana peel be weaponized for evil?

If your argument hinges on something that ended in the 1830's, it's not really relevant, now is it?
