It blows my mind that people think that’s ok. If I were out there and someone asked me to look around, I’d have no problem with it. But who the frick are you to just walk into something like that with no permission?
It's not "ok" in that it is a criminal act of trespassing, but it goes against the narrative that AA was stealing things from the site because that would be the only reason to go in the unfinished house. Right or wrong, people do this all the time.
The owner has several videos of someone fitting AA's description looking around the site. He never takes anything according to the owner. Makes sense he was doing what people do everyday, which is taking a peek at what's going on at the site.

Didn't the two white guys call 911?

I'm about to start a memorial jog where we steal something along the way.

I’m not saying they should have been in the position to blast the dude with a shotgun, I was mainly just commenting on it NOT being ok to just walk around and survey a construction site if you don’t have a reason to be there

Once again, I’m not even really commenting on this specific incident. I’m just saying in general, people should not just walk through a home that’s in construction without permission
That would make me very uncomfortable if I were a contractor or if it were my property

They abandoned their call with 911 immediately after AA ran past in order to chase him. It's all on tape.

He was not wearing boots on the day he was killed. Not sure where that got started from. You can clearly see from the video inside the new home on the day he was killed he is wearing low top shoes either sneakers or running shoes.

For appropriate context, here is the area in which the incident took place. Per the police report, the actual shooting took place at the intersection of Satilla Drive and Holmes Road . Note that the neighborhood is a small peninsula surrounded on three sides by water. There was no place for Ahmaud Arbery to go. All that was necessary was to remain at the intersection of Satilla Drive and Zellwood Drive. It is the only entrance into the area. Per the Glynn County Police Department Incident Report, Ahmaud Arbery was chased at least once back up Satilla Drive before he ran back down towards Burford Road and the struggle ensued with Travis McMichael. He was already cornered.

Doesn't that provide them with some evidence that they never intended to shoot the guy, counter to the racist shtick being put forward??
Maybe the the guys never thought Arebury would attack them by grabbing the gun? "If we have this overwhelming advantage via a shotgun, he'll just stand there until the police get here."

The problem is you won’t ever get to a scenario where these two were justified in ambushing and killing him as well as having the DA lie on their behalf so they would avoid being arrested and charged.
All of the above things you mentioned literally are a “so what”. None of them justify the crime that was committed.

I don't doubt the guy was a thief. Still, the two idiots who killed him will be going to prison. Not smart.
Maybe this is true.
But, honestly, the bigger story is the outrage being pushed about this being a lynching. Obviously, that's not the case.

Its clearly not a classic lynchign
But two white guys chasing down a black guy, shooting him and the authorities not charging them for a couple of months doesn't feel as far off from a lynching as some would like it to be.
The biggest outrage should be that the DA gave these guys too much benefit of the doubt. They deserve their day in court, but that should be in court still.

This is a classic Man Slaughter case. If the DA goes for Felony Murder they are going to have a Travion case all over again.
Maybe what they are going for.
You take a gun with you in this situation is fine. But you suffer the consequences if you shoot an unarmed person.
Arbery took swings at and grabbed the barrel of the shotgun before the 1st shot was fired. Him grabbing the barrel could have made the gun go off with no malintent of the person holding the gun. Now the situation changes when Arbery hit the guy in the head and grabs the barrel of the gun. You have a fear of your life situation. If Arbery had got a hold of the gun then what then? The video clearly shows him going after the father. I'm not saying it was right but the situation changes as soon as he tries to grab the gun and assault the father.

Fox just reporting on the "unarmed jogger".
If he lived in the neighborhood and was a jogger, wouldn't he be recognized as such?
People tend to do their daily jogging along the same route, i.e. if I run past your house once and you see me, you might think.."Wonder why that guy was running?"..if I'm a jogger going past your house on a regular basis, you might say.."There that jogger guy again."
