What would your concerns be if republicans were the ones who were benefiting from illegals voting?
All of a sudden mission impossible would vanish before your eyes. Always blows my mind how fricking stupid you fagots are when you try to actually express an opinion instead of just dropping one liners about racist nazis.

Rep Chip Roy, who introduced the bill in January 2025, in an emailed statement to Snopes last year, dismissed allegations about the SAVE Act disenfranchising women and other voters as "absurd armchair speculation being spun up by media outlets who care more about clicks than reality."
The GOP Rep pointed to language in the legislation directing states to "establish a process for individuals to register to vote if there are discrepancies in their proof of citizenship documents due to something like a name change."

Roy said, “The legislation provides a myriad [of] ways for people to prove citizenship and explicitly directs States to establish a process for individuals to register to vote if there are discrepancies in their proof of citizenship documents due to something like a name change.”

FYI, being married has nothing to do with a legal name change, and it doesn't automatically happen. A woman must initiate a name change, and it's no different than if a man decided he wanted to be called something else. It's just a legal name change and has nothing to do with marriage.
And for the record, I am a married woman who took my husband's last name, and I have had zero problem getting a driver's license, a passport, and Global Entry.

Schumer is among the most dishonest, corrupt and evil humans on the planet today.
Almost 3/4 of Dems agree with Voter ID and he still insists on using jingoistic language instead of speaking on the level. He can't be removed fast enough from power.

That was a lot of words for saying we just want to control elections.

One thing that I’ve always maintained…if you are unable to or unwilling to get a valid government ID, said individual really has no capacity to be casting a legitimate vote for the most powerful person in the world. That’s certainly one line of demarcation I’d use for voting. Kind of the political version of the Darwin Awards…it’s best if someone that ridiculous eliminate themselves from the “voting pool”.

Absolutely. If you are too dumb to figure out how to get an ID in 2026, your "opinion" doesn't really matter. Sorry if that's harsh, but if you can't figure out how to get some documentation that you exist, you aren't participating in life here.

We all know it's so they cheat.
But Schumer does have a valid reason. It’s hard to get people in nursing homes , hospitals and dead people in cemeteries, to get valid ID’S.

Dude is talking like it’s the 1950s and black people don’t have vehicles and can’t go into places where whites can. Another reason we need term limits. Guy is a dinosaur and still thinks that way.

Democrats started the KKK. They still don't believe Black Folks can be trusted to make their own decisions. They must have Schumer's to do what is best for them. Just vote for me, I'll look out for you. Note: See The Projects.

Schumer is trying to make sure that holds true.

Raysis black man thinks his own race is too stupid to be able to procure an ID ahead of a well established date of elections and despite said ID being required by adults to
Open a bank account
Rent a hotel room
Buy cigarettes
Buy alcohol
Buy spray paint
Buy super glue
Why do you think your own race is unable to do something so simple?
What about welfare, snap, ebt, SS? I assume some form of government ID is required to receive these "benefits".

It's 50/50 on the I.D.
But they are definitely too dumb to realize who and what is keeping them down.

I had to show my ID to buy a bottle of wine at the grocery store…

This never gets old. Literally. it's eternal, and no one seems to want to admit it.
