That one is a little trickier. He certainly increases his chance of survival by a whole lot.

frick that pussy....you want to fight with the police, steal their weapons....you get fricked. Plan and simple. Law and order needs to prevail, can’t wait for all you snow flakes to start seeing the everyday American stand up for themselves when put in a dangerous situation.....and with the amazingly disproportional crime rates of black on white....I’m calling it now blacks will be shot at higher rates compared to now and you snow flakes will scream from mountain tops....and it’s your own doing.

You haven’t grown up at all from the time that policeman called you a good for nothing piece of shite.

You continue to weigh down all of humanity with your stupidity and inanity.

Thank you for your concern, I really appreciate it.

I’ll definitely be doing some self-reflection because some random person on a message board said I weigh down “all of humanity.”

It’s actually a compliment that you think I have that much of an effect on humanity.

You frickers take this board wayyyyyyyyy to seriously.

We’re not the one spilling our guts about our adoptive parents and some random cop saying something to us when we were a teenager.

Seek therapy.

Laws, much like 1A, protect people we don’t like too

This one turns my stomach a bit for the cops but also a DUI and running without a deadly weapon should in almost every circumstance result in a search for the guy and not a killing.

I was asked why I don’t like cops, I gave answer because it’s not a big deal.

Sorry you don’t like it, get the frick over it. I can keep not liking cops. You can keep getting pissed at random dudes on the internet that don’t agree with you, even though that’s pretty stupid.

If anything, you’re the one that needs therapy, you’ve spent 22 pages telling some random dude to go frick himself because he disagrees with you. Pretty funny projection buddy, very, very libtardish.

Thanks for showing your ignorance...so explain to me what happens when this drunk mother fricker lands that taser on the cop that he clearly aims at the cop and results in his body becoming locked up and unable to defend himself? Please, elaborate on this scenario because this is the reality the cop is dealing with.

You people and your ability to excuse the actions of others when these officers were getting a drunk driver off the road in a 100% professional manner before this dude flips on them putting their life in danger...it blows my mind.

Tasers are a tough one. For both sides they get called deadly when it plays to their favor and not deadly when it doesn’t.

I’m not saying fire everybody, give them murder 1 charges and riot. I’m saying that it’s pretty rare that I’ll be down to support shooting a guy without imminent threat of him killing you (ie running the opposite direction with a taser) and a DUI charge.

There’s obviously an absolute ton of nuance and police are human... but similar to not engaging in a high speed chase in city streets over a dude selling Weed I’m not trying to see cops discharge weapons in a crowded parking lot. They have his info, his car, etc... if you were down range of that bullet you’d probably prefer they don’t pull the trigger over this either.

i can't believe you are defending a drunk who resisted arrest, tried to use the cop's taser on him and then ran with it. what is wrong with you
