Please put me on that jury! The a-hole is to blame, not the cops.

It’s all over twitter, 2 cops shoot an unarmed black man in the back as he was running away. fricking disgusting.

We need more training for police officers because this should never happen.

Congrats on being part of the problem.

I am legit having people on twitter tell me that if it's okay to shoot someone who resists arrest, steals a taser, then runs into an area with other citizens, then it's okay for us to shoot cops since they have tasers.

That and the consensus is this guy was fighting for his life.

I mean, I'm all for agreeing to disagree, but this is insanity.

ETA: I was also just told that they shouldn't have attempted to arrest him. Just take his keys, let him run away and sort it out later since you have his vehicle.

At this point, overly guilty white virtue signalers have become #1 on my list of why the black community is what it is. I may actually get on board with white people being the issue

Police ambush killings went up 167% in 2016 thanks to BLM

They'll go up again this year as well.

And it will be because of you and people just like you.

You’re welcome.

The new video showing the shooting further validates my point. There is no fricking reason to use deadly force because of a damn taser, if they are such a deadly weapon like people on this post are implying then police should have the same protocols on using a taser as they do a gun.

But guess what, the taser isn’t viewed as a deadly weapon therefore, there is no justification for using deadly force on a man as he is fleeing for turning around and pointing a taser.

They shot the man in the back as he’s running away, there is no justification for that no matter what anyone says. The taser makes no damn difference.

Downvote away bitches!

This bastard defending criminals most likely doesn't even live around criminals. It's easy to talk shite when you are safe.

If he would’ve complied he’d still be living today. It’s really not that hard to grasp at all

I realize you're somewhat retarded so you probably havent thought about the possibility that he could've Tased the cop and taken his gun then killed who knows how many people.

Honest question. Is this about cops in general shooting citizens or just white cops shooting black citizens?

Is there a justification for resisting arrest and stealing a weapon from an officer, then evading said officers after you failed a sobriety test?

Goose/Gander no?

Are you arguing police should not defend themselves from being tasered?

I'm a Black man and the guy in Atlanta deserved to die for what he did. Furthermore, the cops can shoot anyone who they know is armed and dangerous. This guy was armed and dangerous.

Change the title because the perp was armed with a weapon that he took from the police and proceeded to aim it at them.

Brother, it’s been very difficult for me the past 3 weeks. Because I’m married 30 years to a beautiful black woman and we have a daughter together it’s been difficult to talk about this madness without coming off as unsympathetic to the death of Mr Floyd. My hope and prayers are there are enough Americans who know what this BS is about and it ain’t about black lives.

This is the correct answer. If he tased the cop, it’s not out of the realm of possibility that he would go for his gun again, you know for the second time or third time. I mean you honestly have mental problems if you think the cops are at fault here. Dude was a threat to killing someone before just by passing out in his car he was so intoxicated. Lucky he didn’t kill anyone on the road on his way to Wendy’s.

Now hes punching cops and trying to take their guns and successfully got a taser from them but yet it’s the cops fault he’s dead?

People like you with this victim mentality are the reason a lot of cops are getting ambushed and murdered. Hope you sleep well at night with that blood on your hands pos.
