The national debt has risen by almost $7.8 trillion during Trump’s time in office. That’s nearly twice as much as what Americans owe on student loans, car loans, credit cards and every other type of debt other than mortgages, combined, according to data from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. It amounts to about $23,500 in new federal debt for every person in the country.

Defend this.

Bannon has been railing in this for weeks. Every single day they discuss the failure that is the Republican Party and its leadership.

Everything MAGA and America First can be viewed and understood by watching Warroom.

This continuing resolution is something that is being done in opposition if MAGA and in opposition of the freedom caucus (the good wing of the Desantis clan).

That’s the truth.

Desantis supporters (good ones) are so eager to try and blame Trump that they reject the reality that we are in the same side on this.

The vote on the budget deal was not close. LOTS of GOP voted for it. Sooo, if anyone believes that Johnson should have persuaded about 50 republicans to change their vote, please tell me which Congressman, acting as speaker, would have changed their minds. Just give me the name of this hypnotist.

108 (by memory) voted against this.

That’s the count if MAGA and fiscal conservative (but not MAGA) in the house.

The rest are uniparty or so weak that they might as well be uniparty.

MAGA is on the right side of this issue as is the Freedom caucus.

I love how you include "and fiscal conservatives"

MAGA has about 10 members in the House and 0 Senators

That's why they have almost no power.

I was pointing out that MAGA didn’t account for all of this fighting the fiscal irresponsibility. Not all of the 108 is freedom caucus either obviously.

108 are the good guys.

Yes.

Trump supported McCarthy

He then supported Johnson

Both failures.

It’s shocking you think you have the answers to everything yet spend your life here.

We are discussing the CR not have a debate about MAGA.

You can’t define MAGA anyway.

You may want to go look at the originating post of this discussion digression, because it specifically mentioned MAGA.

Not in the context of arguing about the number of members.

No that was the explanation. MAGA has no power, so most things are in opposition to their splinter status-role.

That’s not the discussion at all.

In the context of the CR that continues to fund the government at COVID stimulus levels and did nothing to address the border issue, MAGA finds that repulsive. So does the freedom caucus. And the Sun total of good guys is only 108.

And our own “beloved” Mike Johnson who had the high hopes of MAGA and non MAGA conservatives, is a colossal failure who is pretty unanimously being referred to as an embarrassingly weak leader.

And you still don’t understand what MAGA is. You seem to imply it’s a caucus if Republicans.
