Unions had their purpose in our society many years ago. Then they became more about protecting the lowest denominator rather than actually supporting the employees as a whole.
When union's protect garbage workers at the expense of all the good ones, they are no longer serving their purpose, which is what they have done the past 40 years or so.

Unions will be a thing of the past.....in history books...in less than 30 years.
The advances in technology, workers rights laws and the turnover rate in corporate / blue collar America is simply too high.
Unions were great when you had poverty within the labor ranks, no pensions and no health care.
Well - Obama death nailed the unions on healthcare, pensions are all but toast for anyone under 40 and poverty in America exists for those that don’t really try.
Goodbye unions

It's painfully obvious that he is aware that it would be an unfair labor practice if an employer threatens his employees if they engage in concerted action.
So, it would be safe to assume if he has employees that they are in on the troll. I am sure he covered his arse.
